The San Diego chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI San Diego) will host a presentation on Thursday, April 23rd on an important issue for public companies - XBRL and the most recent requirements for interactive electronic delivery of financial information. John Bernhardt from RR Donnelley will discuss the logistics of implementing XBRL and the regulations surrounding it. Members and guests are invited to come and enjoy this topical and informative program.

A networking reception will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by the presentation from 6:15 to 7:30 p.m. at RR Donnelley, 4350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92122.
