The panies mission of Malaysia (known by its Malay acronym SSM)has officially launched its XBRL initiative for automating the submission of both non-financial and financial information by registered panies.

Financial elements include Statement of prehensive Ine/Ine Statement;Statement of Financial Position /Balance Sheet;Statement of Changes in Equity;Cash Flow Statement;and Notes to the financial statements.The system will also llect audit statements.The project is slated for pletion by December 2017.You can aess the SSM taxonomy here and read a news report about the project here.
