The Dutch parliament moved on Thursday this week to mandate electronic filing of financial aounts to the Chamber of merce (the national business registrar). The legislation phases in XBRL reporting as part of the Dutch SBR program, with small mpanies starting next year. Filing for medium-sized mpanies will start in 2017 and all private entities will be vered by 2019. ngratulations to XBRL herlands for their work to help bring this about.
