The XBRL International Best Practices Board (BPB)champions the adoption of XBRL standards by developing Best Practices guidelines and materials.Current activities include the creation of knowledge materials for implementation suess;publication of authoritative taxonomy architecture guidance,taxonomy regnition processes,audit data llection processes and the promotion of the work of Best Practices Board and its working groups.

The BPB is looking to appoint two new members to the board.BPB members serve an initial term of one year,and may be re-appointed for up to 4further terms of one year.

Candidates for these roles should be able to demonstrate experience in the implementation of XBRL solutions,either as a regulator,software provider,nsultant,preparer or nsumer.Candidates are expected to bring practical hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:

•Program Management

•Regulatory Reporting Management

•Financial Analysis

•Software

Candidates must demonstrate a clear rerd of suessfully working in an international setting with clear mpetences of teaming,technical judgment,negotiation and strategic planning.

Candidates should also be prepared to mmit the necessary time to BPB activities which include:participation on weekly nference calls,face to face meetings,creation and review of BPB materials intended for our stakeholders and markets.
