2013is already shaping up to be a very productive year for XII and all the members of the XBRL munity. We are looking forward to a very dynamic environment within Europe with the launch of the Ireland revenue project and the prospects of further alignment within the banking and insurance regulatory environments. The nference in Dublin,Ireland will focus on the various XBRL technical work product available for review and feedback, provide support for the filer munity not only focused on the uping mandates but also in the use of XBRL for internal and parative analysis.Data nsumption and analysis will again take centre stage through a symposia Tagging is Sharing:Enriched Data for Use and Analysis.

As I mentioned in our last update there are opportunities for leaders within the XII Board of Directors.I would like to thank Ms.Juliette Kennel of SWIFT and Ms.Juthika Ramanathan of ACRA for their valuable service to the Board. Each has aepted new positions that make their ntinued ntributions a challenge.Juliette will be managing SWIFT’s Global Market Infrastructure business and Juthika, after 8years as ACRA’s founding CEO,is taking over ACRA’s legal operations.Their new roles personify the wide range of talents and abilities of our members. We will miss their leadership and insight, but wish them well in their new positions.

There is currently a call for candidates for these open board seats.Members are enuraged to respond to the call for Board candidates with either self nominations or suggestions of candidates.Questions may be directed to Nominations mittee staff liaison Cheryl Neal at Cheryl.neal@
