Michel Prada has been appointed Chairman of the IFRS Foundation, effective Jan. 1, 2012. Prada is the former chairman of France's securities regulatory body, the AMF, and served on various committees of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).  Read more in the FEI Financial Reporting Blog.
