(1) ATTENTION ALL EXHIBITORS / SPONSORS: Important border crossing/shipping document for exhibitors and sponsors sending materials to XBRL23 in Montreal:
Foreign participants must have in hand a copy of the XBRL23 trade show authorization letter and MTL-1 document at border crossing and also attach a copy of the authorization letter and MTL-1 document to their expedited goods in order to facilitate entry to Canada in time for XBRL23. Download a copy here. This authorization letter is issued by the Canadian Border Authority. If you do not include a copy of this letter, you run the risk of a delayed shipment or a denied shipment. All exhibitors ship at their own risk.
NOTE: All shipment must arrive at the XBRL23 host hotel on either Friday, October 21, 2011 or Monday, October 24, 2011.
