New Delhi: nference on XBRL - The Future of Financial Reporting and Analysis: 20 August 2011 The nfederation of Indian Industry (CII) Mysore Zone anized a half-day nference on XBRL: "The Future of Financial Reporting and Analysis" 20 August 2011 at Mysore. The Ministry of rporate Affairs (MCA) has decided to implement an XBRL based financial reporting system for all panies in India from April 2011. The implementation of XBRL will be critical for all types of anizations as it saves st and streamlines their process for llecting and reporting financial information and improves efficiency in handling business. Because XBRL is extensible and flexible, it can be adapted to a wide variety of different requirements. Also, rces the chance of error and permits automatic checking of information.
