The Ministry of rporate Affairs has issued various General Circulars (the last being Circular No.57/2011dated 28th July 2011)mandating certain class of panies to file，on or before 30th November 2011，their balance sheets &profit and loss aount in respect of financial statements closing on or after 31.03.2011by using XBRL taxonomy。

The Manual for filing financial statements in XBRL form in MCA21system is given at the XBRL section of the MCA portal。

MCA has also clarified that the verification and certification of the XBRL document of financial statements on the e-forms would ntinue to be done by authorized signatory of the pany as well as professionals like mpany Secretary in whole-time practice。
