Oxford, 22nd July 2011. reFiling, the pany that invented the Inline eXtensible Reporting Language (iXBRL) format, has announced a partnership agreement with PKF (UK) LLP, a leading firm of aountants and business advisers, for the marketing of its Seahorse Inline XBRL (iXBRL) tagging solution.
Since 1st April 2011, UK rporation tax filers have been required to file their aounts in the iXBRL format. Under the partnership with reFiling, PKF will provide the Seahorse predictive tagging solution to clients who wish to nvert financial statements prepared in Microsoft Word to the iXBRL format ready for filing to HMRC. PKF will offer a managed nversion service, and will also provide Seahorse to rporate clients under the ‘PKF iXBRL’ label, together with training and support services as required.
