GLOBE NEWSWIRE -- Insight2Infinity, an eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) solution provider, and Compliance Xpressware (CX) LLP, a Silicon Valley-based software company that enables reporting issuers to achieve compliance with the SEC's EDGAR filing mandate, today announced that they have formed a strategic partnership. Under the partnership, the two companies have agreed to an ongoing business relationship that will enable Insight2Infinity's customers to meet SEC's HTML/XBRL compliance requirements.
Insight2Infinity will subscribe to CX's flagship product, Xpressfiler, a cloud-based, end-to-end solution for EDGAR filings. Xpressfiler comes with three core modules: XpressHTML to convert documents to EDGAR HTML, Xpressbuilder to create company-specific taxonomy based on US GAAP and IFRS and finally, XpressBRL, a smart automated tool to produce XBRL files based off the taxonomy and HTML files.
