The China Securities Regulatory mission (CSRC) announced on February 5, 2009 that 5 projects including the high-performance multifunctional trading system for capital market with huge trading volume, the securities trading system for multi-level capital market and the brokerage service platform of Guotai Junan Securities ., Ltd. meet the requirements of remendation for the National Science and Technology Award, and they have entered the evaluation stage for publicity.

It is learnt that as of February 3, the deadline for projects of Securities & Futures Industry to apply for remendation for the National Science and Technology Award in 2009, there had been 6 projects in total applying for the award, among which 5 projects meet the requirements of remendation upon formal examination.

The high-performance multifunctional trading system for capital market with huge trading volume developed by the Shanghai Stock Exchange is not only characterized by its multiple functions and advanced performence, but also by high stability, tight security and huge capacity, which ensures the reliable technology of building a well-developed, order-kept and safely-operated securities market in China. And substantial enomic and social benefits will be then created. XBRL-based information disclosure and supervision system of listed panies, another project developed by the SSE, is an enterprise solution with rich ntent integrating securities and acunting knowledge, information science and puter technology, etc. Such project is the first domestic one specilizing in innovative application of XBRL, and it’s also in a leading position in the world.

The securities trading system for multi-level capital market developed by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange is the re real-time business system of the securities market. It is a new-type stock trading system aiming at the strategic objective of building a multi-level capital market in China by means of providing centralized trading services for different levels of markets such as the main board, the small and medium enterprise board, the growth enterprise board, the agency share transfer and the quotation transfer.
