Aording to a recent notice of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), it might require some listed panies to disclose social responsibility reports and internal ntrol self-appraisal reports together in the disclosure of the 2008 annual reports. Meanwhile, all SSE-listed panies will be required to adopt XBRL in the disclosure of annual reports.

It is learned that three types panies are required to disclose the internal ntrol reports and social responsibility reports, including the SSE-listed panies in the SSE rporate ernance Sector, the panies who issue overseas listed shares and the financial panies.

Currently there are 269 SSE-listed panies meeting above standards, namely, over 30% SSE-listed panies will disclose the internal ntrol reports and social responsibility reports together in the 2008 annual reports. The SSE also enuraged other panies to disclose the two reports.
