NEW YORK, Dec 04, 2008 /PRNewswire via TEX/ -- XBRL US, the national nsortium for XML standards in business reporting and developers of the XBRL US GAAP Taxonomies, is nducting an in-person training workshop in New York City on December 16, 2008 to cate preparers on how to create XBRL-formatted financial statements for submission to the Securities and Exchange mission (SEC). This hands-on session will demonstrate how to use the XBRL US GAAP Taxonomies and how to nvert primary financial statements and block tag footnotes in XBRL format.
