Q：What’s the biggest difficulty while promoting the XBRL test Project?

问：TSE在目前推广XBRL试验项目时遇到的最大的困难是什么？

A：TSE won't have a pilot test anymore but will have a running test before the new TDnet will be released.Public companies and investors'understanding levels to XBRL are still not high at present.Therefore,it is a difficult point to have them understand even the pilot test as a result.

答：TSE不会再进行试验项目，但在发布新TDnet之前TSE会进行一项运行测试。目前，上市公司与投资者对于XBRL的了解还不深，让公众了解实验项目结果所代表的意义也很困难。

Q：What’s the main feedback from investors and Listed Companies?

问：TSE目前收到来自投资者和公司的反馈信息主要集中在哪些方面？

A：TSE is going to improve taxonomies by receiving feedbacks from the companies after their using for the test.

答：我们目前收到的反馈信息主要来自于参与测试的公司，目前正根据这些反馈来改进XBRL分类标准。

Q：How do TSE cooperate with FSA,to keep the two projects in harmony?

问：TSE主要以何种方式和FSA协调，使两个计划保持应有一致性？

A：TSE is trying to develop a mechanism that the same financial data (XBRL)made for EDINET can be registered in the new TDnet following FAS's vested system.Moreover,TSE is examining the way to register that doesn't differ from EDINET as much as possible.

答：TSE试图建立起一套机制，为EDINET系统生成的、遵照FSA要求的财务数据（XBRL）可以直接在新TDnet中注册，TSE正在开展注册方法的研究，尽量与EDINET保持一致。

Q：What’s the relationship of TSE’s taxonomy and JP-GAAP taxonomy?

问：TSE的分类标准在日本GAAP分类标准框架中处在什么位置？

A：The taxonomies made by TSE are based on JP GAAP.

答：TSE开发的分类标准都是基于日本GAAP标准的。

Q：Will that be a burden for Listed Companies to require them to publish preliminary summary and statutory disclosure in two taxonomies?

问：要求公司按两套分类标准分别发布初步信息和法定信息会不会增加公司成本？

A：TSE is considering adopting the same instance data with EDINET so that the company doesn't need make two data.

答：TSE正在考虑采用与EDINET相同的实例数据，从而避免这种情况。

Q：Has TSE been cooperate with Japan tax authorities?If so,how the cooperation works?

问：TSE是否与日本国税厅就XBRL方面进行合作，怎样合作？

A：Currently TSE doesn't have any relationship with tax authorities,but hope to examine the possible integration of authentic methods etc.through the electronic certification government in the future.

答：目前，TSE还没有与税务管理当局有合作。不过，TSE希望研究分析将认证方法整合起来的可能性，比如通过政府电子认证。

Q：Does TSE consider to use XBRL to do some analytic work?

问：TSE是否考虑使用XBRL数据进行相关的分析工作？

A：TSE is also considering using XBRL for the management of listed companies.

答：TSE正在考虑将XBRL应用在上市公司管理方面。

Q：After using XBRL,will the old filing system retire?If not,the two filing system work together,when is the old one plan to retire?

问：采用了XBRL之后，旧的报送系统是否还会继续使用？如果两套报送系统还要并行的话，什么时候可以只采用XBRL进行报送？

A：New TDnet which will start from first quarter 2008will provide XBRL.At the same time,TDnet will provide historical data (only PDF).TSE will replace present TDnet system with the new one.They never work together.

答：新TDnet系统将于2008年第一季度启动，该系统提供XBRL格式数据，历史数据将只提供PDF格式。TSE将会直接用新系统来取代现在的TDnet系统，新旧系统不会并行工作。
